What this site collects

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country and device type. It does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it does not build a profile of you across sites or visits.

There is no contact form, no shopping cart, no login and no newsletter on this site, so there is nowhere here to enter your name, email address or payment details.

What happens when you message on WhatsApp

The enquiry buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp itself, and this website never sees the conversation.

Once you do message, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not by this page. Komal will see your phone number and whatever you choose to tell her — typically the piece, the shade, a measurement, and a delivery address if you go ahead with an order. That information is used to make and send your piece, and for nothing else.

What is never done with it

Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. You will not be added to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Your choices

Ask Komal on WhatsApp to delete your conversation and any order details held for you, and it will be done — beyond anything that has to be kept for tax or accounting reasons.

You can also ask to see what is held about you, or to have something corrected. It is one person and one phone, so there is no process to navigate: ask, and you get an answer.

Most browsers also let you block analytics scripts entirely, and the site works normally if you do.

Changes

If this site gains a form, a payment page, a mailing list or any advertising tracker, this page will be updated to say so before those go live.

Komal, who runs Kalakriti by Komal from Saurashtra, Gujarat, India, and who is the same person who answers everything else here. A question or a complaint about your information goes to her directly, on WhatsApp or on +91 94846 68051 — there is nobody else in between.
